InstagramShe's made a major splash in the cosmetics industry, turned social media on its head, and now (drumroll, please) Kylie Jenner is a genuine real estate mogul.
With yet another multi-million dollar residence under her belt, Jenner's racked up quite a portfolio of investments in the housing world now topping $13.2 million. And have we mentioned she's only 19-years-old?
Kylie first flew the coop from her famous family more than two years ago to a $2.7 million abode, that in comparison to her current digs, looks more like a guest house than the sprawling mansion it really was. Since then, the E! reality star has purchased not one, but two other homes in the Los Angeles area, and it's safe to say her latest buy won't be her last.

At just 17, Kylie proved she was far more than Kim Kardashian's little sister when she dropped a pretty $2.7 mill on a pad in the same Calabasas gated community Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian also called home at the time. Jenner's lavish starter home clocked in at 4,900-square-feet, and featured five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater, massive kitchen (with the celeb mansion-requisite marbled center island), pool and outdoor grilling station.
Kris Jenner spoke exclusively to E! News ahead of her youngest daughter's milestone move, saying, "Kylie has her own vision on how she wants her home to look. She has a few months now until she moves in, to really take her time and get it together...so she will really embrace that time and get really creative."
Fast forward through extensive renovations to the property's exterior and a complete aesthetic redesign, Jenner listed the home earlier this summer for $3.9 million. Not bad for her first real estate rodeo!
In May 2016, Jenner took her passion for properties to a whole 'nother level when she bought a $6 million Cape Cod-style spread in Hidden Hills, Calif. Sitting on 7,000-square-feet, Jenner surely finds some well-deserved rest and relaxation in the comfort of her ground floor master suite with retreat, fireplace, all stone bath, steam shower, dual custom closets and a covered patio overlooking the secluded grounds.
And then there's the incredible kitchen, which includes stone counters and stainless steel appliances that opens up to the spacious family room with a fireplace, music system and adjoining patio. Not to mention her formal living and dining rooms, a butler's pantry, refrigerated wine cellar, a bonus theater room, volume ceilings, hardwood floors and 4-car garage with epoxy floors. (We're guessing you get the point, right?)
Loyal followers of the famous teen will find her current home a bit familiar, as the front porch often serves as a backdrop for all of Kylie's impromptu photo shoots and the in-home movie theater is where she's spent quite a few date nights with boyfriend Tyga.
When scoping out the potential to invest in even bigger and better opportunities than ever before, why not look right outside your front window? That's exactly what could have happened when Kylie plunked down $4.5 million for the home adjacent to her current mansion earlier this week. Slightly smaller (albeit no less impressive!), the bungalow sits on 3.9 acres, is roughly 5,000 square feet and offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
A source tells E! News that Kylie will use the new property as more of a home office for her growing makeup line, while maintaining her current living situation at the aforementioned space.
Jenner documented the moment she got the keys to her latest investment on Snapchat, and if more of her typically sold out lip kits are a part of the plan to expand, we're fully on board!
