Thanks to Sofia Richie, the athleisure trend might just have a new, more refined face.

With a sister as fashion-savvy as Nicole Richie, it's no surprise the up-and-coming model is already taking clothing risks and therefore filling our Pinterest boards with major outfit inspo. The latest lesson she's serving us with is how to organically incorporate sports bras into your everyday wardrobe.

It has a lot to do with the cut of the top—not just any bra will do. The higher neck keeps the look from seeming too casual and it shows less skin, giving you plenty of room to show off that well-deserved midriff. Also to note is the structure of each arm hole. It shouldn't hug you at the armpit (that's an unflattering feature most sports bras have because their number one priority is support, not style), the seams should dip lower hitting you right above each breast. That way, it gives off the illusion of a longer torso and leaner-looking arms, which is complimentary on any body.

Once you've locked down/found the ideal sports bra, it's time to put the whole ensemble together. For a more polished touch, do as Sofia and opt for a pair of high-rise trousers. Then stick to the overall theme of looking more-business-than-casual with some oxford-like footwear (maybe not the $795 Balenciaga set she had on, but similar ones). Once you add some ear candy and a bag, you're all set to stun.
