Two months after she was tragically killed, Christina Grimmie's memory lives on in what she was most celebrated for—her music.

After she was fatally shot in June, the 22-year-old's family released the first of a series of music videos that coincide with her Side A EP, which features four tracks. The first, aptly titled "Snow White," describes fictional character Jessica's quest to find her Prince Charming as she battles heartbreak and self-doubt. A new video from the pre-filmed series is scheduled to be released every week.

The nearly seven minute clip alternates between shots of the young star dressed in her traditional garb and in cocktail attire as she brushes up against a mystery study. "Some day my prince will come for me, save me from this harm that haunts me. When will I be free? Tell me some day he will come for me," the lyrics hauntingly play out.

It's an emotional release for fans considering the songstress, who rose to fame on YouTube before competing on The Voice under Adam Levine, was suddenly shot multiple times by a Florida man while signing autographs during a meet-and-greet after a show just eight weeks ago.

"It is with a heavy heart that we can confirm that Christina has passed and went home to be with the Lord," her publicist told E! News in a statement at the time. An autopsy later concluded the cause of death was "gunshot wounds of head and chest" and the manner of death was a homicide. Christina was laid to rest in June and a viewing was held for her at the Fellowship Alliance Chapel in New Jersey.

"I don't have anything to say. I don't have words still and it's a good and bad thing. All I'm going to say is thank God for the mark that she left on this world," her brother Marcus Grimmie said during a memorial service held in her honor. "All the rumors are true that when the gunman came…her arms were open. That's how she treated everyone she knew, her arms were open for them."
