She may be the royal granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II and eighth in line to the throne, but Princess Eugenie of York still watches How To Get Away With Murder just like the rest of us.

In fact, when breaking down the art enthusiast's daily schedule, you'll find her days are filled with activities expected of many 26-year-old women, including dinners out with friends, a penchant for Netflix and last-minute mascara.

In the September issue of Harper's Bazaarthe second daughter of Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson walks readers through a typical day in her regal life, from the brand of bronzer she applies in the car at 8:45 a.m. to the artwork hanging in her bedroom that she closes her eyes on at midnight.

To start, Eugenie has a full-time job, so she's expected in the office at 9 a.m. However, before clocking in as associate director at the Hauser & Wirth contemporary art gallery's London office, she squeezes in a workout. Depending on her mood, she'll either head over to a nearby park for circuit training or grab a girlfriend and work out at a neighborhood ladies-only gym. "In the morning class, I can smell the fresh croissants coming in and I'm like, 'Don't do this to me!'" she told the magazine.

After stopping back at home for a shower and outfit change, she hops in the car and heads to work, but not before applying Charlotte Tilbury mascara and Bobbi Brown bronzer in transit. As for her ensemble, this royal is not so keen on heels. "I wear a dress and boots to work. I've started wearing high heels, which is so grown-up. But they're painful by the end of the day," she said. "I look at people wearing heels in movies and I'm like, 'How do they do that?'"

From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the princess is like any other employee, handling matters for the gallery in the office and attending team meetings. However, when the clock strikes 5, she must shift into princess mode. "In the evenings, I often have engagements related to my family or a charity I support," she explained. "I'll work until 5 P.M., then leave to do the engagement. My sister, Bea, and I have charities we're patrons of. We also try to support Granny and Grandpa in any way we can because that is what family is for." Yes, the Granny and Grandpa she's referring to are Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip

If she's free for dinner, Eugenie will meet her boyfriend Jack Brooksbank and friends for dinner out on the town, unless she's "being good," in which case she will whip up something at home. After a meal, she turns to the television for an American favorite. "At the moment I'm watching How to Get Away With Murder—Viola Davis, she's insanely good—and Outlander, my favorite," she told the magazine. "When I'm with Jack, we watch The Walking Dead, which we're obsessed with. Maybe Game of Thrones is our next thing. I don't watch reality shows, but I love cooking programs."

Despite a packed day, Eugenie typically turns in at midnight. "Less than seven hours' sleep?" she said. "I guess so!"
