Cinderella, As Told By EmojiDisney

It's that time again! The adorable As Told By Emoji series is back with the most #relevant version of Cinderella you've ever watched. If you're not familiar with this series, the people over at Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media put out short, emoji-fied versions of your favorite Disney classics and share them on YouTube. They've done everything from Finding Nemo, Zootopia and, of course, the one and only FrozenThe series has seven episodes total and are available in 25 different languages. The clips are so popular, they have acquired a total of over 80 million views. The love from Disney fans knows no bounds.

The entire short takes place on a cell phone, in which the emoji heads (it sounds creepier than it really is) of Cinderella and her step-mom, sisters, and all the characters in between retell the classic story. We weren't kidding when we said this was the most millennial version of the story you'll ever watch. Using a Tinder-style app to match Cinderella with her missing glass slipper is probably our favorite part of the piece. Watch the family get invited to the ball via Facebook-style invite and then be reminded of the event on their iCal. So modern. So hip.

Did we mention you can use the emojis in this video IRL? Thanks to Disney Emoji Blitz, you can send Cinderella's happy little head in all of your text messages. In case you need to know which situation calls for a Cinder-moji, we've written up a handy guide to help you out.
