Home is truly where the heart is.
So, you can imagine how much Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima is loving that the 2016 Summer Olympics are in Rio, and the Victoria's Secret Angel was overflowing with pride when she played a game of "Would You Rather" with E! News' Will Marfuggi.
The 35-year-old model, who along with Alessandra Ambrosio is serving as a food and culture contributor for NBC's coverage of the Rio Games, opened up about her while-in-Brazil preferences in a series of rapid-fire questions—and she turned in a gold-medal performance, in our opinion.
The first question was fittingly celebratory: Does she prefer Caipirinha, Brazil's national cocktail, or cachaca, a sweet distilled spirit?
But nothing was getting by the beauty from Salvador, Brazil: She amiable said she prefers cachaca, but she couldn't help but correct us, noting that caipirinha is made of cachaca, "so it's the same thing."
Next question: What's more important, a wax or a tan?
"You need both," Lima laughed. "Really? You cannot tan without waxing, hellooo!"
We also asked about her favorite beach, her model friends, her swimwear of choice and more.
But perhaps her best Olympic memory so far was when Lima was given the honor of carrying the Olympic torch through the streets of Rio before Friday's Opening Ceremony. She wrote about the emotional experience in both English and Portuguese on Instagram.
"I am grateful to experience this incredible honor and dream to carry the Olympic torch, so humbled to be carrying in my home country Brazil," Lima said, adding the hashtags "#rio2016 #olimpíadas2016 #TEAMLIMA."
