Jules Wainstein is ready to address the headlines.

During an appearance on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live, the New York City reality star and her on-screen pal Dorinda Medley addressed some ongoing questions about her surprising divorce from her husband of eight years, Michael Wainstein. To start, they are definitely in the process of getting divorced.

"Yes, I can confirm we are getting divorced," Jules told Andy. The mother of two also verified they are still living together in their Big Apple home, though it has not been smooth. In June, Jules called the police on Michael because she was feeling threatened by him, though no arrests were made.

"Obviously, it's not going very well," Michael's lawyer Mark Jay Heller told E! News. "When it gets to court, the judge may order someone to move out."

Meanwhile, when faced with a question about Michael's alleged mistress, Jules needed the help of her friend to answer. "Did you know Michael's mistress—the woman that he was with?" Cohen asked her. Unable to say, Jules turned to Dorinda.

"I can say that's true," Medley said. However, Jules added that she had not suspected any cheating for awhile. "Never, no," she said before mumbling.

Dorinda backed up her friend's story. "We're very close. We would have had one of these late night conversations," she explained. "So, you never had that conversation with me."

In June, Michael's camp told E! News the allegation was incorrect. "We prepared papers dated May 13. We sued her for divorce. She has not answered the papers. If she had any basis for counterclaim against him, she would have done so," Heller said. "This incorrect allegation that he was busted for committing adultery, if it's true, she certainly would have answered his papers countersuing him for adultery. She has not done that." By mid-July, Jules was officially served the papers for their contested divorce.

Bethenny Frankel also weighed in on her co-star's split when she appeared on WWHL, claiming Jules knew she was getting divorced before she even began filming for the show. However, Jules denied the allegation. "Because we have a mutual friend? We have no mutual friends...she knows everything," she added sarcastically.
