When it comes to Blue Ivy, safety is her top priority.
The 4-year-old daughter to music's most famous couple is currently enjoying a European summer vacation while mom Beyoncé performs to sell-out arenas on her Formation World tour. So it only makes sense that in between shows, Queen Bey and Jay Z's family set out to explore the south of France on a boat ride.
Needless to say, things got a little adventurous during the outing and Tina Knowles felt inspired to jump right off the boat and into the water with all her clothes. Leave it to the adorable toddler to step in with her grandma's well-being in mind, as a video shared on a Beyoncé fan site shows the whole debacle go down.
"Do you really know how to swim?" Blue can be heard asking Tina as she prepares to take a flying leap.
The little girl's concern is met with laughs from the Knowles matriarch and it sounds as if Queen Bey herself had something to say as she responds, "She's going to make somebody reconsider!"
Not to worry though, Blue! The fearless 62-year-old clearly passed her swimming test as she comes up for air with a big thumps up.
When it comes to the famous mother-daughter duo that is Bey and Blue, they have been absolutely crushing it lately. The superstar shared some snapshots from her time at the City of Light on her website, and a few adorable photos feature the singer and her little girl matching in trendy (and expensive!) designer wear. The pictures, which were taken at an extraordinary FOMO-inducing location, shows Bey and Blue each wearing a turquoise floral Gucci dress.
It's safe to say Blue Ivy can also add accomplished lifeguard in addition to miniature fashion icon to her list of accolades.
