It's the music collaboration some fans could only dream up.
The infectious beats from Calvin Harris combined with the unforgettable lyrics of Kanye West could surely make a decent record. But could it ever happen? Never say never!
A source close to Calvin tells E! News that the newly single record producer "wants to make some music with Kanye down the road." And while nothing is in the works quite yet, Calvin thinks the rapper is "brilliant with music."
The feeling appears to be mutual for Kanye and his wife Kim Kardashian. A source close to the Kardashians tells us that the couple "always thought" that Calvin was really talented.
Just this past weekend, Kim and Calvin were able to hang out together at Jennifer Lopez's 47th birthday party in Las Vegas. In fact, a source revealed that the two got to chat it up during the star-studded celebration.
"When Kim walked in, Calvin saw her and stood up. He was clearly excited to see her and said 'hi' to Kim backstage," a source told E! News, adding that the two "spoke for about 15 minutes."
John Stamos, Casper Smart, Cristiano Ronaldo and French Montana were also in attendance for the bash held after J.Lo's All I Have residency show at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. In fact, French posted a photo with Calvin and Kim together late into the evening.
Earlier this month, Calvin showed signs that he was cool with Kanye. Photographers spotted the Scottish DJ wearing sneakers from his Adidas Yeezy collection. In addition, he recently shared a video of himself having a grand old time lip-syncing a Kanye track.
So how deep is the love between these two? Enough to create a collaboration? We'll have to stay tuned.
