You're busy. We're busy. Matt Damon's busy. But that doesn't mean we can't all make time for Jason Bourne.

It's been almost 15 years since the 2002 release of Bourne Identity, and there have been three other flicks in the series leading up to the July 29 release of Jason Bourne. Needless to say, Damon isn't offended if you need a quick recap.

In a new featurette for the flick, Damon highlights the first four films movies in just 90 seconds. (Jeremy Renner replaced Damon in the fourth installment.) Spoiler alert: There's a lot of important-looking paperwork, a lot of people smashing through windows, and a lot of Damon receiving critical information via Motorola flip phone.

Damon recaps the movies as Bourne himself, describing the action-packed scenes in a matter-of-fact tone.

"We're hiding out in India when this Russian d--khead frames me for murder and kills Marie," Damon explains. "I'm super pissed."

Damon may be older, but he's as fit as he's ever been. In a recent interview with E! News, he told Maria Menounos that while getting in shape wasn't easy, it was critical for the role.

"The director said to me early on, 'If the movie starts and you look like you've been living well, we don't have a movie,'" Damon said.

But it wasn't just about looking the part: Attaining Bourne's buff bod was part of how Damon showed fans he takes this franchise seriously.

"We love this series as much as everybody else, and if we're going to do it, we're gonna do it right," he said.

(E! and Universal Pictures are both members of the NBCUniversal family.)
