Michael Tran/FilmMagicNicollette Sheridan has filed for divorce from her husband after six months of marriage, E! News has learned.
The former Desperate Housewives actress split from Aaron Phypers half a year after the two tied the knot under the radar.
This marks the second marriage and the second divorce for the 52-year-old television star, who was previously married to Mad Men's Harry Hamlin from 1991 to 1993. Sheridan did not have children with Phypers nor Hamlin.
The British born actress previously dated a few other famous stars, including former child star Leif Garrett from 1979 to 1985, and Michael Bolton.
In fact, in March 2006, the crooner announced that he had proposed to the blonde beauty. Two years and two months later, however, the couple announced that they had broken off their engagement.
Bolton opened up about the split to Access Hollywood several years later, saying, "I wouldn't bet on more chapters as much as I think that certain people you're always going to love. [It's] just a fact. It's just something that happens with you and somebody in your life."
He added, jokingly, "That relationship was on and off for 17 years. I was 5 of course, when it started."
Sheridan has been staying busy since the split with Phypers it seems, as she has two television movies in the pipeline slated to air later this year.
