Lionel Messi is living the life.

Yes, he was just found guilty of tax fraud, but he isn't letting that ruin his summer. Messi's partner Antonella Roccuzzo shared a photo of the soccer star along with their two children Thiago and Mateo Messi. The family is enjoying some quality time in Ibiza on a gorgeous yacht. Roccuzzo captioned the photo with a sweet message saying, "My boys. It's impossible to love them more. I have such a gorgeous family."

The pair also shared a romantic moment as they posed facing a beautiful sunset.

A Barcelona court found Messi and his father Jorge Horacio Messi guilty of three counts of tax fraud and sentenced each to 21 months in prison.

It's unlikely that the Barcelona forward will actually serve time, the court saying in a statement that a sentence can be appealed through the Spanish supreme court. Under Spanish law, a tax prison sentence under two years can be served under probation. The court also added that Messi must pay a fine of $2.2 million, according to ESPN.

Messi and his father deny any wrongdoing, but the court agreed with prosecutors that they did actually have at least some knowledge of the crime being committed. Tax inspectors said they found evidence that Messi's father used havens in Belize and Uruguay as well as shell companies in the U.K. and Switzerland to avoid paying taxes on earning from image rights from 2007 to 2009.

Barcelona recently launched the launched a campaign urging fans to "express their sympathy" in support of forward Lionel Messi after he appealed against a 21-month prison sentence for tax fraud imposed by a Catalan court, according to ESPN

A statement said lawyers for Messi and his father believed that the sentence was "incorrect" and are set to appeal the sentencing. They "expect the outcome of their appeal to rule in favor of the defense."
