Nicky Hilton Rothschild Gives Birth! Heiress Welcomes Daughter Lily Grace Victoria With James Rothschild

The socialite got married last year and was confirmed pregnant six months later

The world has gained a brand new heiress. 

Surrounded by family, Nicky Hilton gave birth to a baby girl in New York City Friday, a source confirms to E! News. This is the first child for the socialite and her husband, British banking heir James Rothschild. While we already knew the baby's sex thanks to sister Paris Hilton, the proud parents revealed their first child's name is Lily Grace Victoria Rothschild. 

Since it was confirmed the 32-year-old fashion designer was pregnant with her first child, she has kept rather tight-lipped about her pregnancy in public aside from maternity outfits frequently shared on social media. As for any cravings, it seems the blond beauty has had a particular penchant for confetti cookies as of late, not that there's ever a bad time for dessert! 

In addition to her fashion pursuits, Nicky has focused on preparing for the baby by decorating the nursery with adorable trinkets and celebrating with family-filled baby showers. While the little girl just arrived, she's been surrounded by love for months. 

"Now that I know it's a girl, it's getting easier to buy things for her," Paris told Us Weekly in May. "I love all the dresses I got her. There are so many beautiful dresses and little princess outfits. So I can't wait to see her in them."

On the heels of their baby news, the new mom and dad are also about to celebrate their first wedding anniversary as they married at Kensington Palace in early July 2015. 

When E! spoke with the star the follow October, married life was treating her well. "I highly recommend it," she told E! News. "If you find the right person, absolutely. It's so much fun."

Hopefully motherhood is even more fun. Congratulations to the proud parents!
