Kevin Jonas and wife Danielle Jonas are expecting a second baby girl. The former Jonas Brothers singer announced the news with an adorable collage of his firstborn daughter holding a giant pink heart balloon that had the words "baby girl" on it. "We're having a GIRL!!!!!!!!" he captioned the picture.
The exciting news comes only one month after Kevin admitted on the Sirius XM satellite radio show Nigel Barker's Gentleman's Code that he wanted another daughter to join Alena Rose Jonas, 2.
"I've actually always wanted two girls," he said. "I just want a healthy baby, to clarify. I want healthy children. But I've always like wanted two kids that were both girls and my wife was like, 'Why?' I'm like, 'Because I've been around boys so much my entire life that I want to be surrounded by, you know, girls."
Now his dream is coming true!
Danielle posted video from her sex reveal party, where there were two jars: one with peanut M&Ms and another with milk chocolate M&Ms. They were labeled "nuts" and "no nuts" respectively. After the family took bets whether it was a boy or a girl, a family member held up the "no nuts" jar! We see what you did there, Jonas family.
The happy couple announced the news with a funny picture of Kevin in bed reading a pregnancy book while Danielle lies next to him with chips, cereal, cookies and more snacks that definitely have pregnancy cravings written all over them. "Preparing for baby number two!" the former musician captioned the picture.
Their rep released the following statement to E! News: "We are excited to share the news that we are expecting a new addition to our family this winter. Alena is beyond thrilled to be a big sister and we can't wait to meet the newest member of our family."
