Give the FLOTUS a warm welcome to Snapchat, everybody!

Michelle Obama joined the app today, and her first snaps did not disappoint: Not only did the first lady give fans an inside look at the White House, but she also showed The Late Late Show's James Corden picking her up for a special edition of Carpool Karaoke.

In one of Mrs. Obama's snaps, her comedic chauffeur-for-the-day simply could not contain his excitement. "Hi, I'm at he White House today," said Corden, "and I'm gonna take a spin in a car and sing some songs with..."

"Me," chimed in Mrs. Obama.

Of course, there's a lot more to being the first lady than fun snaps and Carpool Karaoke: Mrs. Obama passionately serves causes near to her heart. In 2010, she launch Let's Move, a national campaign dedicated to solving the challenge of childhood obesity, and in 2014, she launched Reach Higher, a movement encouraging young Americans to fulfill their highest educational goals. Then, in 2015, the FLOTUS launched Let Girls Learn, an initiative which seeks to help girls around the world who are not in school, go to school and stay in school.

"This role, it's a real gift because it brings with it this big bright spotlight," Mrs. Obama said in an interview with AOL Makers, "and that's why I've worked hard to choose work on issues that I care deeply about, that i really really define me or that I'm connected with, that will really make a difference in people's lives."

Now that is something to sing about!
