Davy and the redheaded royal dated on and off for about seven years before they officially called it quits. They met in Africa while Prince Harry was taking a gap year between Eton College and joining the army, and afterwards they would go on to travel the continent together. Even though they're not together, Davy tells The Sunday Times that they remain close.
"I think we will always be good friends," she shared.
Davy still hangs out with Prince Harry and his close friends, often appearing at parties alongside other royals such as Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice. Despite their lengthy relationship, Davy confessed that she never get past all the media attention surrounding their relationship. "I found it tough," she admitted to the publication. "It's not something you get used to."
Since breaking up, Davy has focused her energy on building a business. Although she started in law, practicing at a firm for two years, she ultimately decided to leave it to follow her dreams of starting a jewelry line called Aya. Davy has been incredibly hands on since launching her line, often traveling to Zambia to find rare gemstones herself. Aya also donates to schools close to the mining area.
Although she considers marriage to be a "very beautiful thing," it isn't in the cards for Davy these days. "I want to be my own person," she said. "I want to create something amazing and make a difference."
Prince Harry would go on to date Cressida Bonas for two years while Davy connected with Charles Goode. Although Harry and Davy were flooded with engagement rumors when they entered their other relationships, both are now single focusing on their own goals.
