Scream Queens season two's first new cast member is finally here...and he's hot. Like, really hot. John Stamos is set to join the Fox horror-comedy's highly anticipated second season when it premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 20.
With the show moving from the college campus to a hospital where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation, the Grandfathered (RIP!) star is set to play Dr. Brock Holt, the hospital's brilliant, but secretive, head surgeon. Please hold, we're already on the phone booking our next check-up.
This isn't the first time Stamos, who is also set to make three appearances as Uncle Jesse on Netflix's Fuller House when it returns for its second season, has teamed up with Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan as he's also guest-starred on Glee (as the hottest dentist ever) and The New Normal.
Stamos will join returning stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd, Glen Powell and Niecy Nash for the new season, which will have an even "darker" tone, according to Jamie Lee Curtis.
"I think it'll be dark. I think it's going to be very dark," she told E! News at Fox's Upfront party in New York City in May. "It's in a hospital, [there's] a lot of darkness in hospitals—dark hallways, scary rooms, sharp objects, a lot of blood, disinfectants."
And as E! News previously reported, Stamos won't be the only hot newbie to join the cast in season two, as a source told us Scream Queens was looking to cast four hot male docs. So that's one down, three to go!
Scream Queens returns on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. on Fox.
