Derek Jeter retired from baseball in 2014 and soon he'll be officially renouncing his free agent status for good.
Jeter and Sports Illustrated model Hannah Davis announced their engagement last November, prompting virtual tears from the many ladies who'd been patiently waiting for their shot at the Yankees great.
But such is life, and so with his wedding reportedly weeks away, off he went to the Dominican Republic for a low-key bachelor party to celebrate his final days of singlehood with his pals and former teammates Jorge Posada, Tino Martinez and Andruw Jones.
Posada posted a picture of the foursome on Instagram at the Casa de Campo Resort with their golfing gear. The guys are all smiles, the photo caption reading, "Boys golf trip!!! Casa de Campo thank u!!!!"
A source tells E! News, meanwhile, that Jeter and friends stayed in a private ocean-front villa at the resort for three days and two nights.
Beyond working on their golf swings, the men were also reported to be dining at Casa de Campo's Mediterranean Fusion restaurant SBG.
During their downtime, the group relaxed pool side with drinks and hors d'oeuvres, soaking up the Dominican sun. Jones shared a picture of the four men doing just that, writing, "Chilling at the pool with the boys after golf day."
French Montana and Drake also happened to be in the Dominican Republic, but they weren't part of the Jeter party. The rappers were enjoying some rest and relaxation while working on a music video and, coincidentally, Montana posted an Instagram video tagged at Casa de Campo as well.
