Watching various high society women fight over silly things like they're teenagers is one of the best parts of watching any Real Housewives franchise. So what happens when they realize how silly they're being and that they're in the wrong?

That's what happened in The Real Housewives of Dallas' first season finale.

After the debacle that was the RHOD ladies' trip to Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman's lake house in Austin (and the ensuing LeeAnne Locken explosion that followed), the season's biggest breakout star spent the season finale apologizing to the other ladies for her behavior. At the end of the episode, we found out that she'd even enrolled in anger management classes to deal with her anger issues. She sincerely wants to better herself! What a concept.

Sure, she complained about the other ladies, too, but this is Housewives we're watching. Would you want it any other way?

Here's how the Dallas women ended their first season as Bravo stars:

LeeAnne Locken

LeeAnne was buoyed by her speaking engagement the week prior, and decided it was something she wanted to pursue professionally—and even decided to hire a PR firm to help get her started.

She also faced off against Cary Deuber at Stephanie's Byron Nelson PGA golf tournament party (a.k.a. an excuse for rich grown-ups to get sloppy drunk and jump in pools fully clothed). It did seem like it was going to be explosive—especially when Cary said there was evil inside LeeAnne and that she was full of s--t (these Dallas Housewives and their poop obsession), but everything just kind of fizzled out.

By the end of the episode, LeeAnne had apologized to Brandi and owned up to everything she did in Austin. Frankly, she seemed pretty embarrassed by it all and it was refreshing to see someone realize she needed to work on herself.

Stephanie Hollman

Stephanie's storyline revolved around her Byron Nelson party, an annual soiree she and her husband throw for around 300 to 400 people that they lovingly (and accurately) refer to as a "s--tshow." Despite her hubby's propensity for list-making, Stephanie managed to not only plan a fun, booze-filled party for the hundreds of their closest friends, she also managed to clean up the piles of dog poop in her backyard. When you first watched the RHOD premiere, did you ever think you'd be watching a group of grown women discussing poop this much?

Cary Deuber

Aside from the aforementioned confrontation with LeeAnne, Cary also struggled with the incredibly difficult decision of what kind of home she and her husband wanted to buy in Switzerland. At the end of the episode, we discovered that they also traveled to Italy and now wanted to buy a home there, too. Rich people problems!

Brandi Redmond

Things seem to be going well between Brandi and her husband, who renewed their vows after filming ended. Brandi also cleaned up a lot of bunny poop. So much poop on this show.

Tiffany Hendra

Tiffany's rocker hubby Aaron finally decided he wanted to stay in Dallas—so the pair went house-hunting for a modern space. They found the perfect, gorgeous new home (it was well-priced, too!) but unfortunately, we learned at the end of the episode that they were outbid. Aaron was apparently so heartbroken about it that he's writing a song inspired by their harrowing story for his second album. (We kid. Good for him making a positive out of a bummer of an experience!)

What did you think of the finale? Leave your thoughts in the comments below and tune in to Bravo on Sunday, June 19 at 9 p.m. for the Real Housewives of Dallas reunion.
