Looks like he did tell us in a new video he released today via Mashable. Titled, "Billy Ray Cyrus Wants to Bring Back the Mullet, Miley's famous papa campaigns for the return of the '80s/'90s staple. How many years have you been waiting to tell your hair stylist those magic words, "a little off the top, and nothing else?!" Now you can, thanks to Mr. Cyrus and his pro-hair crusade. "Take a look at this Kentucky waterfall I used to have. Look at the way it begins at my forehead. Slow, moving, peaceful, and then majestically cascades down my neck and shoulders. You could ride a kayak down that hair. A family of four could white water raft down that hair and make memories for a lifetime." Hot. Damn. We couldn't have said it better ourselves.
