Can we be Jennifer Aniston when we grow up?

Seriously, the longtime yogi is the personification of healthful living. She takes it seriously, but doesn't seem to be an extremist about it. For example, her go-to breakfast drink combines nutrient-rich berries with splurge-worthy chocolate milk.

Since berries pretty much go with everything, and since they're jam packed with antioxidants (excellent for radiant skin), we consulted celeb nutritionist Kelly LeVeque to whip up a refreshing summer beverage that we can sip on all season-long! 

"Raspberries deliver potassium, phosphorous and potassium to the body and are low on the glycemic index," shared the pro.

The Jennifer Aniston
Collagen Protein 20g
1 tbsp MCT Oil
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 Handful spinach
1/4 cup raspberries
2 cups iced green tea or matcha tea

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
