It's Red Nose Day, which means it's time for another heartfelt video compilation from some of your favorite celebrities.

In the video above, some of our favorite celebs including Ellen DeGeneres, Emma Watson, Zac Efron, Liam Neeson, Lena Dunham, Chloë Grace Moretz, Adam DeVine, Tyler Perry, Will Ferrell, Connie Britton and more created a comedic take on the traditional celebrity plea in support of the annual event.

The megastars make fun of how they typically encourage people to support any given cause by saying a few words each and editing the footage together. The video starts with a group of them saying, "We're doing that thing where...a bunch of celebrities are edited together...so that one celebrity says one sentence or less...of a heartfelt plea...or says nothing...and just looks serious."

The silliness is only apropos for the cause, because the video is promoting awareness about today's annual Red Nose Day event in the U.S., which was launched last year in 2015.

Red Nose Day is an organization that aims to use the power of entertainment to raise awareness and create programs for children and the youth to keep them healthy, educated and safe. The day culminates this evening on NBC in a live two-hour primetime event hosted by comedian Craig Ferguson.

The special is sure to include a variety of your favorite stars coming together to "be funny for money," as last year's show host  Seth Meyers announced at the event. Some of the nights anticipated guests have even posted on social media already, such as Heidi Klum and Kristen Bell, who captioned Wednesday's Instagram, "I'm getting plenty of rest before the big day tomorrow!! #RedNoseDay Watch on NBC LIVE tomorrow 9/8c!"

The show is said to feature some hilarious comedic acts, anticipated musical performances, as well as some heartfelt short films documenting the lives of children in need around the U.S. and the world. At last year's Red Nose Day, more than $23 million was raised for the Red Nose Day Fund, with proceeds already being utilized around all 50 states as well as in 15 other countries.

For more information about the organization and how to donate, check out the Red Nose Day website, and be sure to tune-in tonight to the live televised event at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.

(E! and NBC are both members of the NBCUniversal family.)
