Why be a princess when you can be an (evil) queen?
Blake Lively knows that Disney villains have all the real fun! The pregnant Café Society star's Cannes wardrobe drew comparisons to Elsa from Frozen, but as Blake joked on Instagram, her style inspiration actually came from Ursula.
That's right: That powder blue Atelier Versace dress was derived from the Little Mermaid character who still gives us nightmares. So, because Blake's social media musings made her seem amenable to the idea of becoming a universally feared Disney villain, we decided to take things one step further and see what she'd look like in character as Ursula...

We then imagined her as the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland...
And as Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians. (Woof).
Blake looked eerily good as Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove.
And she looked ready to poison Snow White when Photoshopped into The Evil Queen.
And no offense to Angelina Jolie, but we were actually kind of sold on Blake as Maleficent.
Disney, what's the hold-up? Let's get Blake a gig. We're ready to see Serena van der Woodsen's real claws come out!
