The 2016 CMT Music Awards are bound to be country music's biggest night of the year!

The first waves of performers have just been announced, and let's just say it's a veritable who's who in the biz.

Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan and Thomas Rhett are slated to take the stage during the highly anticipated event, which takes place on Wednesday, June 8 at 8 p.m. ET/PT live from Nashville.

Shelton will be singing the new song "Doin' It To a Country Song" (off of his newest album If I'm Honest) alongside Country Music Hall of Fame members The Oak Ridge Boys.

Meanwhile, Urban will be singing "Wasted Time" with his tour mates Brett Eldredge and Maren Morris.

Several of the country music scene's most famous faces are vying for arguably the biggest award of the night, Video of the Year.

Cam, Carrie Underwood, Little Big Town, Sam Hunt, Tim McGraw, Rhett, Mr. Bryan, Urban, Stapleton, Shelton and, last but certainly not least, Florida Georgia Line are all in the running for the high honor.

With a roster that star-studded, it's a surefire bet that the night will be a must-see.
