Scandal

ABC

Make sure you put a cork in that bottle of red wine, it's going to be awhile.

ABC unveiled its new schedule for the fall 2016 TV season on Tuesday, and noticeably missing from the line-up was Scandal, with buzzed-about new legal drama Conviction set to take its time-slot in between Grey's Anatomy and How to Get Away With Murder.

That's right, no TGIT this fall. But don't worry too much, as Scandal will be back in the spring, along with The Catch, TGIT's newest addition. Season six of Scandal was pushed to midseason so the hit drama could—wait for it—handle Kerry Washington's second pregnancy.

But that wasn't the only change in ABC's schedule: After spending seven seasons on Wednesday night, The Middle will now kick off ABC's Tuesday night line-up. Plus, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Goldbergs and another show are changing time-slots.
