The mama-to-be is currently expecting her first child, a baby girl, with husband James Rothschild, and looked as pretty as can be in a white lace strapless cocktail dress for the special occasion.
Her proud sister Paris Hilton documented most of the special day via Snapchat, and posted several shots of the adorable décor for the future little heiress.
While Nicky posed with her sister and first cousins for several shots, the fancy affair was filled to the brim with pink decorations including themed cocktails and a beautiful floral cake that read "Congratulations Nicky & James."
E! News can confirm Kathy Hilton ordered the classic flower basket celebration cake from Hansen's Cakes in Los Angeles.
Just last week, Paris accidentally spilled the beans on her sister's first baby's sex during an interview with Us Weekly at the Fashion Institute of Technology's annual gala at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
"I'm so excited for the baby. She's going to be such a beautiful little girl, and I can't wait to meet her," she gushed.
"Now that I know it's a girl, it's getting easier to buy things for her. I love all the dresses I got her. There are so many beautiful dresses and little princess outfits. So I can't wait to see her in them."
Nicky married the British banking heir this past summer in a stunning affair at Kensington Palace after dating since 2011.
