Whether it's beef with Anthony Bourdain or anything else, nothing is going to change Guy Fieri at this point...he is who he is!

In fact, in the latest issue of Success magazine, the celebrity chef opens up about his career and why he will continue to bleach his hair and wear crazy bowling shirts and everything else that people often joke about.

"What you see is what you get with me," he says, point-blank. "There's no show."

He adds, "I'm like anybody else. You get enough, you can get beat up. You can get hurt. You can get frustrated. You can get demoralized."

He admits that most of the hate that's aimed his way has no meaning. "If there are 100 people who don't like me, 90 of them don't have a reason," he says. "Have I pissed some people off? Yes. Have I done wrong? I'm not sitting here saying I haven't. But most of the negativity is entirely superficial."

He's likely referencing Bourdain's comments last summer in which he called Fieri a douche in Atlanta magazine. "I sort of feel in a heartfelt way for Guy," he said at the time. "I wonder about him. He's 52 years old and still rolling around in the flame outfit…What does he do? How does Guy Fieri de-douche?"

Despite Bourdain's comments (or whatever anyone else has to say, for that matter), Fieri doesn't let anything stop him from being himself and doing what he loves.

"If I probably didn't have tattoos, or if I probably didn't bleach my hair, or if I probably didn't wear blue jeans and a T-shirt to fancy things, if I didn't do things that make me look like someone who's whacked out of their mind, it'd probably be different," he admits. "But then again, that's how I wanna dress. And I like my tattoos. And I like my hair cut the way it is."

He continues, "What am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to stop being me? If someone boos a quarterback, does that mean he stops throwing his favorite pass?"
