We absolutely adore the Met Gala because not only does it bring out the most awesome ensembles from our favorite celebrities, but it also encourages some seriously kick ass accessories.

This year, we have to give credit to Katy Perry and Rita Ora for paying respects to one of the biggest topics in pop culture right now: Becky with the good hair. The duo attended some 2016 Met Gala after-parties wearing pins that stated "Not Becky" across them, alluding to Beyoncé's new album and the lyrics from "Sorry" that had everyone talking.

Katy and Rita's pins aside, however, the fancy evening brought several other super cool pieces of jewelry, shoes and even one very exciting diamond ring.

Here are the best accessories from the 2016 Met Gala, ranked:

Julie Mackelowe's Skull Clutch: The addition of the gold, metallic cuff accessorized by this skull totally fits with the Manus x Machina theme. We love how different and gaudy it is, adding to her overall look.

Blake Lively's Dangling Earrings: The blonde beauty stunned in her floral accented pink Burberry gown, but her dangling baby pink earrings brought the look all together. We love have they gracefully touched her collarbone as she spun around for photogs.

Taylor Swift's Lace Up Heels: The country-turned-pop-singer definitely brought the heat with her look at the 2016 Met Gala, and we're seriously obsessed with those lace-up Louis Vuitton heels which topped off her ensemble flawlessly.

Lady Gaga's Lightning Bolt Rings: Mother Monster donned matching lightning bolt rings made by Lorraine Schwartz with a total of 100 carats of diamonds. The accessories were the perfect addition to Gaga's rockstar look for the evening.

Kate Bosworth's Tiara: The actress stunned in a Dolce and Gabbana headpiece that's reminiscent of our favorite Snapchat filter. The accessory was just the cherry on top of her D&B diamond bodice she donned with a chiffon and diamond encrusted skirt.

Kate Upton's Engagement Ring: We had to conclude with the most exciting accessory of the evening. Kate Upton showed off this diamond sparkler as a way of announcing of her engagement to longtime boyfriend Justin Verlander. So gorgeous!
