Miley Cyrus, Elsa Pataky, Matching Tattoos

This is truly a welcome to the family...

Miley Cyrus and fiancé Liam Hemsworth's sister-in-law Elsa Pataky, wife of Chris Hemsworth, and two more girlfriends have gotten matching tattoos.

Australian tattoo artist Lauren Winzer posted on her Instagram page Saturday a photo of the four women sporting an identical, small wave illustration drawn by surf champion Kelly Slater.

"When girls night starts out like this...Thank you @laurenwinzer for the new ink! And the boo @kellyslater for the scribble," one of the friends, Kalani Miller, wrote on her Instagram page.

Miley and Elsa had had lunch together with girlfriends in Los Angeles earlier this month.

Miley and Liam have recently been vacationing together with his family in his native Australia. Earlier this week, the two were photographed walking hand-in-hand in Byron Bay. Kelly and Chris had gone surfing together there earlier this week, while Liam filmed them riding the waves.

Miley and Liam also sport matching tattoos. In 2012, months after announcing their engagement, they debuted their new ink, quotes from speech former President Theodore Roosevelt gave in France in 1910.

Liam's tattoo reads, "if he fails, at least...fails while daring greatly," omitting a "he," while Miley's continues the sentence, reading, "so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."

The two broke up in 2013 and rekindled their romance earlier this year. Miley and Liam partied with Chris and Elsa at the Falls Music Festival in Byron Bay and were seen "cuddling and kissing." Sources later told E! News the two had gotten re-engaged. Miley has been seen wearing her engagement ring over the past few months, including during her time in Australia.

Cyrus drew attention earlier this week over a different new tattoo—an illustration she said was of the plant Jupiter, which many fans believe is really Saturn, given its thicker rings.
