News has learned that the rapper is looking forward to ditching his Beverly Hills pad, and has already been scoping out some potential property in the Calabasas or Hidden Hills area with his girl Kylie Jenner. But no, it's not what you're thinking. These two aren't gearing up to play house under one roof just yet. Kylie is just helping her beau out when it comes to choosing the right home for him.
And while the move will definitely bring him closer to his ladylove, there's another important woman in his life who will also benefit from his decision to head to the valley. "Not only will he be closer to Kylie, but his mom lives nearby too," a source tells E! News.
(Let's just hope James Corden isn't his realtor, because we all saw what happened when he tried to take that on.)
As for Tyga's relationship with Kylie, the insider tells us, "He and Kylie have their ups and downs, but right now they're together."
That definitely seems to be the case for anyone who follows the young stars on social media. Recently the 18-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star posted a couple PDA videos of her and her boyfriend on Snapchat, showing the duo engaged in quite the steamy make-out session at a nightclub.
Meanwhile, Kylie also made fans on social media do a double-take when she recently posted a selfie with Blac Chyna. The pair met up, with some help from Kim Kardashian, to squash whatever beef was between them and to focus on Rob Kardashian's happiness.
They also touched on the "Rack City" rapper, smoothing over the drama surrounding the fact that he's Chyna's ex-fiancé and Kylie's current boyfriend. Overall, they realized they have "so much in common," which a source tells us makes them "bound" to keep hanging out and get closer.
