Namaste—in Bed

Southern girls Hannah and Savanna decide to hit up a yoga class in an effort to become "more L.A.," but the entire experience just turns into a big, hilarious joke. "I can't concentrate because my feet smell so bad," Hannah confesses as they begin the lesson.

The silly duo continues to whisper and giggle throughout the class as they attempt the moves, which prompts the instructor to call them out several times. By the end, Savanna decides yoga is definitely not her cup of tea. "Namaste in bed next time because I'm not going to go again," she says. LOL!

"Slowly but surely, I'm getting more and more L.A. by the day," Hannah admits afterward. Well, at least they accomplished something!

An Unexpected Reunion

Elsewhere, Blair meets up with former Clippers Spirit co-captain Athena Perample after her dramatic dismissal from the team to find out how she's doing. "I'm so embarrassed," Athena tells her. "I'm so afraid that this could ruin my reputation. I've never been fired from a job before. It's awful."

Blair comforts her and tells her she shouldn't worry about the future of her dance career, but Athena is still upset she messed up this opportunity. "I really saw a career in the NBA," she confesses. "I really wanted to follow in Petra's footsteps and now that dream is totally gone. I've never felt so humiliated ever."

Whip That Hair

Later, Blair and her girl group, The Roxx, prepare for their upcoming showcase at the Conga Room. It's a major performance and lots of people in the music industry will be in attendance, so their manager refuses to take it easy on them in rehearsals. Everything must be perfect and on point, from the dance moves and vocals to the hair flips!

Parental Guidance

Natalie continues to feel frustrated after being sidelined from all of the games, so she reaches out to her parents for a some moral support. "The expectations that they have of us are really high. It's no longer a fun environment. It's very, very serious," she explains through her tears. "I know it will make me stronger, but I just wasn't expecting this."

Family Drama

Blair gets into another argument with her mom over her career choices when they meet up for dinner. "My mom wants me to be a doctor," Blair says. She would rather me not be dancing. She's just never going to be happy with whatever I'm doing no matter how hard she tries to be supportive. I just feel like I'm never good enough."

As their bickering continues, Blair eventually leaves the table and ditches her mom at the restaurant. "Every time me and my mom have a conversation, it starts off fine and then it just escalates to a whole other level of questions and arguing and frustration and the tension just builds."

Last Dance

Natalie finally receives a little bit of validation for all of her hard work when Petra decides to put her on the court to perform at the final game. "I just want to tell you just to begin with that you have more heart than anyone else on the team," Petra tells her. "And that, to me, shows such character."

"This has been a long road for me and hearing that I'm going to actually perform at a game is the best news that I've heard all season long," Natalie says.

But Petra isn't completely convinced just yet. "I really hope I do not regret making this decision," she says.

Single & Ready to Mingle

Savanna comes up with brilliant idea to make a dating profile for Hannah to help her get over her ex-boyfriend. But when that turns out to be a bust, Hannah bravely agrees to let her roommate play matchmaker and set her up on a blind date with her friend, Steven.

Hannah and Steven are both a little nervous at the beginning, which is to be expected. But the situation becomes supremely more uncomfortable when he asks about her previous relationship. Luckily, Hannah has a glass of wine nearby to chug appropriately. "This is the most awkward date I've ever been on," Hannah admits. "I don't even just feel bad for myself. I feel bad for him that he has to go through this awkwardness." Drink up, girl.
