Filming Baywatch may be harder than it sounds, ladies and gentlemen.

Forget about working on those rock-hard abs or trying to win over the hottest lifeguard on the beach. For Zac Efron, strolling on the sand could be the hardest task of all.

While filming scenes with his co-stars including Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Kelly Rohrbach over the weekend, Zac was captured taking a misstep next to the ocean blue water. As a result, cameras caught the Hollywood hunk falling down straight on his face. Ouch!

Is this part of the script? Were any muscles harmed in the making of this scene? Does he need us to stop what we're doing and come check on him? Yes, we're asking the very important questions here.

Ultimately, fans can breathe a major sign of relief because filming quickly continued. After all, Zac is one pretty tough dude.

"I've worked with a lot of big stars, but none is in more greater shape than Zac Efron," The Rock explained in a recent sneak peek. Zac added, "I learned everything from his Instagram. I studied it non-stop."

The pictures come after E! News confirmed that the High School Musical alum recently broke up with longtime girlfriend Sami Miró after almost two years of dating.

Speculation of a possible split first hit the web when Zac deleted all traces of his former flame from social media.

Ultimately, both parties are moving forward with busy schedules ahead of them.

As Sami continues her modeling gigs, Zac will be promoting his new movie Neighbors 2 out on May 20 while wrapping up production on Baywatch.

"It's not who I am underneath...but what I *do*...that defines me," Zac wrote on Instagram from the set of his movie.
