Fun fact: Kim Kardashian kinda predicted her future back in 2006.
In honor of our favorite semi-social-media-driven-holiday Throwback Thursday, we've gone into the E! News vault to pull out a doozy—Kim's first interview with us from 10 years ago!
The young socialite appeared to talk about her celeb styling venture and soon-to-be clothing store, which we now know and love.
"I'm opening up a store called Dash with my two sisters," she told us, and explained how the whole styling gig goes down. "I go to my clients' homes and I help them clean out their closets. And we take whatever they don't want and sell it for them on eBay."
At the time, Kim was helping big names including Paris Hilton, Brandy, Serena Williams and Cindy Crawford in the wardrobe department. In fact, TV viewers got a sneak peek at the brunette beauty putting in work in Hilton's closet during the reality show The Simple Life.
"I'm friends with Paris, so I did Paris' closet, and we're gonna show her closet in the show."
And this is when Kim foresaw the future. "Filming was so much fun. I really wanna do some kind of show that shows my life. That would be really fun for me because that's so natural."
Keeping Up With the Kardashians premiered a year later, and the rest, as they say, is history.
