Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom turned a star-studded charity event into another date night, but mostly shied away from the cameras.

The 31-year-old pop star and 39-year-old actor attended the launch of Napster co-founder Sean Parker's Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, held at his Los Angeles home Wednesday, and walked the red carpet separately. They did, however, sit together at the same table inside the event.

Perry walked the red carpet in a strapless black leather gown with size lace panels, a jeweled belt and matching hairpiece and silver and pearl chandelier earrings. Bloom wore a black tux. Inside the gala, Perry wore an identical tux jacket draped over her shoulders while chatting at the table with Girls star Allison Williams, who also celebrated her 28th birthday, and Jaime King, 36. Bloom appeared beside her in his white dress shirt.

Perry and Bloom acted like a couple and showed some PDA inside the gala, People reported. The outlet quoted a source as saying, "Bloom had his arm sweetly draped around Perry's chair as they chatted with Allison Williams."

A source had told E! News in March Perry and Bloom are an "official couple." They have not commented on the status of their relationship.

The two sparked romance rumors in January when were photographed chatting inside a 2016 Golden Globes after party. They have since been spotted looking cozy together several times elsewhere in Los Angeles, where they live separately, and other cities. They recently vacationed in Aspen, Colorado, where they attended a star-studded wedding. Bloom also went snowboarding.

At Wednesday's event, in addition to Williams and King, Perry was also photographed with Lenny Kravitz, 51, and Katie Couric, 59.
