At 50 years old, the woman synonymous with Vogue and Versace looked like she hadn't aged a day since her first catwalk when she hit the beach Sunday afternoon.
With her husband Rande Gerber playing photographer, the brunette bombshell posed in the seafoam-colored water as her dark tresses blew in the wind.
As for her seaside fashion, Crawford highlighted her sculpted figure in an olive string Melissa Odabash bikini and sunglasses.
"Rande caught me in the blue lagoon!" she captioned the candid shot.
As one of the main models for Balmain's fall collection and the most recent covergirl of Vogue Paris alongside her teenage daughter Kaia Gerber, Crawford is showing no signs of shutting down her multidecade modeling career.
"Every year, I tell my kids I'm retiring. It's a running joke in our family," she wrote in an Instagram caption. "And yet every year, opportunities pop up that really excite me. While it's true that I'm eager to shift my focus a bit to concentrate on my businesses, friends and family — I'm not making any final statements (not all headlines tell the whole story!). I have loved being part of the fashion industry for the past 30 years — and if that time has taught me anything, it's this: never say never."
However, she is gearing up in a way to pass the baton to a new generation, including her own daughter, who is a 14-year-old aspiring model.
"It's beautiful as a mother to watch your children grow up and become whoever they're going to be," she said during an interview on FABLife. "I think that makes it easier for me to watch myself also getting older."
