Kylie Jenner says a fan she scolded for getting too close to her has apologized—and the girl did end up meeting her idol.

The 18-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was mobbed by a group of fans and paparazzi as she entered the restaurant Craig's in West Hollywood Thursday. A video of the swarm was posted on The Daily Mail and showed Kylie telling a girl who approached her, "Don't touch me!"

The fan, who appeared several years younger than the reality star, was also seen trying to snap a selfie with her as they walked.

Kylie took to Twitter Friday morning to talk about the encounter, following questions from other fans.

"She wasn't annoying," the reality star said. "She came in the restaurant after and I had a talk with her and we took photos."

"She just apologized for grabbing on to me so hard... & said she was a big fan and we embraced & took pics. I just said u can't be doing that. It's scary when I can't see & have no [security] already."

Kylie, the youngest adult in the Kardashian and Jenner family, has garnered a massive fan base over the past year thanks to her social media presence, namely her Instagram and Snapchat accounts. She was the first family member to join the latter social network, whose audience is the youngest, and updates it the most, often several times a day.

She did not post and photos or videos of her encounter with the fan outside Craig's, but did share videos showing her riding in a car and partying with friends while wearing the same outfit—a black T-Shirt bearing the logo of Dr. Dre's 2000 Up in Smoke hip-hop artist tour, black skinny jeans and gold lace-up Tom Ford sandals.
