Melissa Rycroft has welcomed her third child into the world!

E! News can confirm exclusively that the former Bachelor contestant and Dancing With the Stars winner gave birth to a baby boy Wednesday evening with her husband Tye Strickland

Cayson Jack, who was born at 8lbs and 12oz, joins big sister Ava Grace, born in 2011 and brother Beckett Thomas who was born in 2014.

Considering she's already a mama to two kids, Melissa wasn't super worried about anything this time around. In fact, we chatted with her recently, and she laughed about how "unprepared" she was for the third baby's arrival.

"I am much more relaxed going in," she told us. "We're at the very end of this pregnancy and my friends keep laughing at me because we don't even have a nursery. I feel so unprepared, but at the same time, having gone through this twice before, I know the things you need with a newborn…I've learned the things to not stress about."

One thing that helps her stay relaxed during the birthing process is some good, upbeat jams. Melissa tells us she always brings an iPod and a little speaker for the hospital room.

"It's always nice have the music to kind of relax and take in the moment as much as possible," she told us. "Poppy-upbeat stuff. I don't want any country; I don't want anything slow and sappy because I'm very hormonal."

So what did she opt for? "Lots of Katy Perry, some Pitbull. Just some stuff to keep the energy in the room up!"

She also refuses to stress over getting back in shape after pregnancy. While she does admit she can't wait to "feel normal again" and have her body back, taking cycling classes throughout most of her pregnancy to stay in shape, she gave us a funny little anecdote about why she won't be hitting the gym anytime soon.

"I have had natural deliveries every time, and so it does take me a little longer to recover," she explained. "I remember I went to an aerobics class after Beckett, and I thought it was like 5 weeks after, and I was like, 'I feel good, I should be good!' Well, we got to jumping jacks, and I just started peeing myself, randomly. I had no clue! I had no control over all that!"

LOL! But in all seriousness, Melissa has some advice for women after giving birth: "You just have to take a step back and go, 'It took my body a long time to get here; it's going to take a long time to get back.' Do it the healthy way. Make sure that you're taking care of yourself and your baby. The priority of bringing a baby home is not to get my six-pack back—it's to make sure my newborn is OK!"

Essentially, she's become a professional in the mama department, which leads us to one final question: Can we expect more little ones in the future?

"I say we're good to go, but my husband hasn't taken care of that permanently yet. So you can never say never," she shared. "As of now, I feel like we're going to be complete when he comes. We're going to be outnumbered which is already a scary thing!"

Congratulations to the happy family!
