Lauren Conrad, Dieter Schmitz, Trey Phillips, Laguna Beach

We love seeing old friends hanging out again!

Lauren Conrad celebrated (no pun intended) the launch of her new party-planning book Celebrate in New York City yesterday, and was greeted with the support of two very familiar faces that you might also recognize from the small screen hit reality series Laguna Beach.

The former reality star flashed her gorgeous smile while posing alongside two of her longtime buddies Dieter Schmitz and Trey Phillips, giving us the Laguna Beach reunion we always appreciate. Trey captioned the photo, "Congrats @laurenconrad on her new incredibly gorgeous and useful book. And a great party to boot! @dieterschmitz"

Schmitz, 30, also congratulated the author and lifestyle maven in an IG post sans Conrad. "Congrats @laurenconrad for the Celebrate release! @treyphillips and I had a blast," he wrote with a photo of him and his bromance partner admiring the soiree.

Arguably the most famous of the Laguna Beach crew, Lauren Conrad turned her days as a fashion intern on the subsequent spin-off The Hills into a full-fledged career, debuting her own line at New York Fashion Week, managing a self-titled women's website and penning a handful of books ranging from teen fiction to fashion.

The 30-year-old became a missus in 2014 after marrying musician William Tell

As for her old pals, when Trey isn't hanging out with Dieter, he's grabbing a drink with his friends or traveling around the world—or doing his ultra-cool gig of designing for Vera Wang (say what?!). Meanwhile, Dieter has graduated from wing-man to soon-to-be groom as he prepares to marry girlfriend Isabell Hiebl in six months.
