The 41-year-old actress got engaged to her boyfriend and tennis coach Ruben Torres on Tuesday. She took to Instagram to share the exciting news with her fans and give some insight on how the proposal went down.
"Went on a hike and this happened!" she captioned a selfie of the two of them during their hike, holding her gorgeous ring close to her chest. "I am so happy to announce the engagement to my dear Ruben."

The brunette beauty also took to Twitter to share an adorable kiss following the engagement. "And then this happened....#sealedwithakiss," she wrote.
Swank and Torres began dating during the summer of 2015, and they made their first official appearance on the red carpet together in December.
This will mark the second marriage for Swank, who was previously married to Chad Lowe for ten years. They married in 1997 and divorced in 2007.
Following her divorce, Swank dated Chad Campisi for five years, but they split in 2012. She also dated Laurent Fleury for a period of time in 2014.
