E! News can confirm Miss Universe winner Pia Wurtzbach and Doctor Mike have started dating.
Speculation that the two were more than friends started almost a month ago when the pair enjoyed a dinner at New York's Balvanera restaurant.
"She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realized she's deathly afraid of the sight of blood , so she decided to win #MissUniverse instead," Mike (aka Mikhail Varshavski) wrote on Instagram after posing next to the beauty. "#touché #welldone #stoneheartday @piawurtzbach."
They also enjoyed a workout together that resulted in a selfie posted on Pia's personal Twitter.
"Zombies after boxing," the beauty pageant winner shared online. "@RealDoctorMike."
To be fair, Pia was asked if she was seeing anyone during a recent Facebook chat. Ultimately, she gave fans the impression that she was focused on fulfilling her Miss Universe duties.
"No. There's no specific someone in my life," she shared while holding her sash. "This is the specific someone. This is the priority."
Fast-forward one week later and Dr. Mike revealed to Wonderwall that "I am dating Pia. It's a fairly new relationship but I'm really excited to see where it can go!" Followers also spotted Pia changing her relationship status on Facebook.
Fans may recognize Dr. Mike as a social media star who many refer to as the Hottest Doctor on Instagram. Meanwhile, Pia was part of the unforgettable Miss Universe mix-up where Steve Harvey crowned Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutiérrez the winner before realizing his mistake.
"Okay folks, I have to apologize. The first runner-up is Colombia," Steve shared to the shock of millions of viewers. "Please don't hold it against the ladies. We feel so badly but it's been a great night."
