Kim Kardashian, Instagram

As you may have noticed, Kim Kardashian spent the last several months wearing her hair in two french braids as it was easier for her to maintain while taking care of her newborn baby boy, Saint, as well as her little two-year-old, North.

But that's all changed now! The hot mama got a new, rockin' hairstyle, which she debuted in the middle of the night (yes, literally) on Snapchat earlier this week.

Kim took to the social media platform to reveal she received a "midnight haircut" from Cesar Ramirez. So, of course, E! News had to chat with celeb stylist to get all the details about her new' do.

Ramirez told us he's worked with both Kim and several members of the Kardashian family before, explaining, "I've known Kim for many years. We share many mutual friends, but Khloe [Kardashian] connected us professionally. Now that I have a salon (Bunny&Skull) in Los Angeles, we get to play more often."

As for why the pair decided to go about a middle-of-the-night haircut? He simply said there's no set schedule when beauty calls!

"Our industry has no set hours," he told us. "When beauty calls I answer. My passion is to make sure that my clients always look their best, and that's why my private studio, Bunny&Skull, is open 24 hours."

He admits the whole process took a few hours—"beauty takes time," he laughed—as he wanted to make sure it turned out just right.

"We knew we wanted something new and fresh," he explained of the shorter style with golden hues at her tips. "My style is classic with a [little] rock and roll. The length, layers and color I suggest show that. I also always suggest a Mizani Fiberfyl Strengthening treatment after all color services."

And it was all worth it in the end as Kim walked out feeling like a million bucks! He revealed, "She loved it soooo much she snapchatted it!"

What do you think of her new look? Sound off below!
