Like mother, like daughter.
Ava Sambora, the 18-year-old daughter of Heather Locklear and Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora set her sights to the air and sea as a new swimsuit model in Malibu.
Clad in an array of 70s inspired two-pieces including a canary yellow bikini, blue knit top and shorts and tan crochet halter top, the blond beauty posed along the shore to shoot some advertisements for a bottled water brand.
As her golden curls framed her face, the Loyola Marymount University college student couldn't help but draw comparisons to her famous mom, who also tried her hand at modeling early on in her career before she became a household name as Amanda Woodward on Melrose Place.
While it seems like a day in paradise for us mere mortals, the beachside photoshoot looks like just another day for Sambora. The California teen appears to consistently spend her spare time at the beach on her social media, hanging out with her Alpha Phi sorority sisters or just basking in the glorious sun.
Proud mama Heather couldn't help but gush over her daughter's steady success in the industry. After appearing on the cover of Modeliste, the actress shared the image on her Instagram account, rewriting the issue's title "The Power of Fashion" to "The Power of Ava Sambora."
It's clear from their social media that both Locklear and her amicable ex can't avoid gushing with pride over their only daughter's burgeoning career.
"Me and my beautiful Ava," he captioned a photo of him and his daughter posing together. "Very proud Papa."
