Kim Richards and her daughter Kimberly Jackson are currently undergoing what is possibly the world's most public therapy session on their Lifetime show, The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition. But things get a little too real in Tuesday's episode when they are forced to face the deaths of their loved ones in order to help them realize that life's too short to fight while they're still here.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star lost ex-husband/BFF Monty Brinson in January, and he took a turn for the worse while Kim and Kimberly were filming this show.

Understandably, Kim doesn't react well to the staging of her own faux funeral, which allows Kimberly to share exactly how much her mother means to her. (Um, thanks for the nice sentiment, show producers, but perhaps this was not the way to express it for someone with a loved one on his deathbed.)

"My mom freaked out. She did not like the cemetery, the funeral, the death, the loss, none of it. Hated it," Kimberly says in E! News' exclusive first look at the third episode of the Lifetime reality series. "I think this really showed her that she's my world, and that's why I worry like I do."

"It was way too much for me and I just want to—I just want to go home," Kim shares through tears.

Press play on the clip above to watch Kim's incredibly emotional reaction—and tune in to Lifetime on Tuesday at 10 p.m. to find out whether she'll stick around for the rest of The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition.
