Amber Rose says she thought Kim Kardashian "looked beautiful" in a nude, censored selfie she posted online this week, adding that it was not "fair" many people criticized her over it.

The 29-year-old glamour model had defended the 35-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star over her choice to pose naked, which she has done before in the past, in an Instagram post Wednesday. Rose also invited Kim to speak at her annual SlutWalk event, which aims to make women unashamed about their bodies and fashion choices. She talked more about the nude photo controversy in an interview with Nightline Thursday.

"I thought she looked beautiful," said Rose, who has posed for many risqué photos herself. "I'm a mom. I know how hard it is to, like, work out and try to get your body back but at the same time, embracing the fact that your body does change after you have a baby. After carrying a baby, I just think it's really cool and I've seen that she's been getting a lot of [flack] for it and I didn't think it was fair."

Kim had given birth to her and husband Kanye West's second child, son Saint West, this past December. The selfie she posted was taken last March, after she dyed her hair platinum blonde and more than a year and a half after welcoming the couple's first child, daughter North West, who is now 2.

"If any sexy guy posted a nude picture with a little black strip over his private areas, everybody would be like, 'Damn, he is hot, he's sexy, look at that body. Oh, he's a dad too?'" Rose continued. "It's just a double standard."

Hours after posting the selfie, Kim posted another nude photo, a professional one, showing her with her current brown hair. It is unclear when it was taken. Following criticism, including from celebs such as Bette Midler, the reality star fired back and wrote about empowerment.

A month ago, Rose made amends with Kim following a Twitter feud between Kanye, who the model dated several years ago, and her more recent ex, Wiz Khalifa, father of their 3-year-old son, Sebastian "Bash" Taylor Thomaz.

"People think me and Kim are arch enemies and we're not," Rose told Nightline. "We literally text each other all the time. We're very, like, positive towards each other."

Kim has not responded. Rose told Nightline she will continue to support the reality star despite her feelings towards Kanye.
