AMCFear the Walking Dead is setting sail for its second season, and E! News has a never-before-seen sneak peek at the upcoming episodes.
Just looking at these gorgeous, sun-soaked gallery and episodic shots, you wouldn't be able to tell that there's an entire zombie apocalypse happening back on land.
In season two of the Walking Dead spinoff, our ragtag gang of survivors are still trying to figure out what, exactly, is happening. In an attempt to escape the chaos on land, they will take to sea on the Abigail, a yacht owned by wealthy fixer Victor Strand (Colman Domingo).
They've got the right idea, to be honest. Things are not getting any better as the virus takes hold, so getting away from it completely is clearly their best chance for survival. Several questions, though: How much drama can happen when they're isolated from the deadly disease? Also, can walkers swim? And if so, are they still called walkers?
Very serious questions, obviously.
The second season of FTWD will consist of 15 episodes, though they'll be split in half a la The Walking Dead.
Fear the Walking Dead stars Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, Frank Dillane, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Mercedes Mason, Lorenzo James Henrie and Rubén Blades.
Season 2 of Fear the Walking Dead premieres Sunday, April 10 at 9 p.m. on AMC with the ominously titled episode "No Safe Harbor." (Yes, opposite Game of Thrones. Game on, Westeros!)
