We're getting brain freeze just looking at these new Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavors.

The heroic team over at B&J has debuted three new flavors of their "Core" ice cream line, and they look amazing.

We have chills—not just because it's ice cream.

The latest flavors added to the "Core" lineup are: Coconuts for Caramel, Brownie Batter, and Cookies & Cream Cheesecake.

Yes, these are all actual sugary, frozen indulgences that exist which you can put in your body.

Brownie Batter features chocolate and vanilla ice creams with fudge brownies, plus a core of unbaked brownie batter.

The new Cookies and Cream Cheesecake "Core" flavor has cheesecake in the middle, 'natch, and features chocolate and cheesecake ice creams with chocolate cookies to boot.

As for Coconuts for Caramel?

That new addition to the "Core" line is made up of caramel and sweet cream coconut ice creams with fudge flakes. The core... just straight-up thick, gooey caramel.

Other "Core" ice cream flavors already killing the game include: Peanut Butter Fudge, Salted Caramel, Boom Chocolatta, and more.

While we're celebrating ice cream, watch the video below to see E!'s own Kristin Dos Santos sampling butterbeer ice cream for the first time at Universal Orlando's Diagon Alley!
