Sing it, Gwyneth Paltrow!

Almost two years after showcasing her singing skills as Holly Holliday on Glee, the 43-year-old actress got musical again on NBC's The Tonight Show Friday.

In a romantic segment titled "First Textual Experience," she and host Jimmy Fallon sang what were billed as "embarrassing first text exchanges" as images of the satirical conversations appeared onscreen.

Sample "lyrics" included "Hey brown eyes :) / What? / I said...Hey brown eyes ;) / I have blue eyes" and "Hello / Hi there / Is it me you're looking for? / No?"—a spoof of Lionel Richie's 1983 ballad "Hello." Fallon and the singer had performed a parody of the song's music video last year and the track was also covered on Glee.

Paltrow had guest starred as Holly, a substitute glee club director, on Glee several times from 2010 to 2014. She also showcased her singing skills in the 2010 movie Country Strong.

In addition to acting, Paltrow keeps busy with her Goop newsletter and lifestyle products. During her time on The Tonight Show, she brought some from her new skincare line, talking about how they are made with organic food-grade preservatives. Fallon then proceeded to whip out a carton of McDonalds fries, dip one in a container and eat it. Paltrow followed suit.

"Somewhere between ranch and bath soap," she joked.
