Bachelor Nation, guess who's most likely going to be your next Bachelorette? Caila Quinn!

While ABC has yet to officially anounce who will be their next leading lady, a source tells E! News that the 24-year-old software sales rep is the producers' top pick to be the Bachelorette, keeping with the franchise's trend to select the third place finisher, after she was sent home by Ben Higgins in the Feb. 29 episode.

And when we chatted with Caila at the taping of The Bachelor's Women Tell All special, she told E! News' Will Marfuggi she was definitely open to taking over rose-duties from Kaitlyn Bristowe.

"Because I fell in love before I could see myself falling in love again, so yes, I would consider it," Caila told us. "But I definitely need to take a deep breather for myself and kind of take some me time."

Caila, The Bachelor

While she needs some time to decompress after her time on The Bachelor, Caila stressed that she is definitely ready to meet her husband. "I'm ready for love," she said. "I'm ready for the one and for my best friend and I'm still looking for that."

Caila was sent home in last Monday's shocking episode, just after telling Ben that she loved him and spending the night in the Fantasy Suite with him. Unfortunately, Ben wasn't able to say it back to her, but was able to say it to his other final ladies, JoJo and Lauren B.

"Driving home in the car, I felt an immense, consuming sense of loss because I really did fall hard for Ben," Caila told us of her emotional departure. "And it was just a really cold water shock that it's over. I had to deal with it, so it took a lot out of me."

Ben, of course, defended saying the L-word to two women, saying he was never told he wasn't allowed to by producers.

"Maybe I'm confused, but when I started this experience no one gave me a playbook or rules to follow," Ben said. "They say, 'Do this how you think you should do this,' and you don't always know the best answer to questions and sometimes you do develop feelings you don't expect. What I committed to was expressing those feelings, but no one ever said, 'Don't do that, don't do this!'"

The Bachelor: Women Tell All special airs Monday, March 7, while The Bachelor's finale airs Monday, March 14 on ABC.
