After Bobby Brown spoke out about the release of Bobbi Kristina Brown's autopsy, Nick Gordon has since reacted to the news and is looking to put everything behind him.

"I'm glad that s--t is all over," he told The Daily Mail. "I just want to my girl a happy birthday. I can't say anymore but it's good."

The autopsy report was released Friday morning, which also happens to be what would've been Bobbi Kristina's 23rd birthday. Gordon also posted a tribute on his Facebook page to his late girlfriend, writing "Happy b-day" alongside a photo of her.

Gordon, who since Bobbi Kristina's death has since completed a stint in rehab, was faced with a $10 million civil lawsuit that accused him of stealing $11,000 from her account after she was hospitalized following her being discovered unconscious in a bathtub. The suit also claims he abused her during their relationship. He denied any wrongdoing and hasn't been charged with a crime, and his lawyer called the entire suit "slanderous and meritless."

"Nick intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most," his lawyer told E! News at the time.

Brown's response to his daughter's cause of death being released referenced the ongoing civil suit, which also includes an accusation of wrongful death.

"For news affiliates to seek and obtain my daughter's autopsy report, before anyone has been brought to justice for her death is mind blowing to me," Brown said in a statement obtained by E! News. "Please pray for my family."

The Fulton County Medical Examiner released a statement summarizing the findings in Bobbi Kristina's case and said the underlying cause of death was Brown's immersion in water mixed with the drugs in her system. Substances found included "marijuana, alcohol, benzoylecgonine (a cocaine-related substance), benzodiazepines (medications used for sedation or to treat anxiety), and morphine. It could not be determined from toxicology tests whether the morphine resulted from heroin use."

The statement also indicated she died from Lobar pneumonia, caused by Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and water immersion combined with mixed drug intoxication.

Ellen LaVarWhitney Houston's former hairstylist, is still in shock about Bobbi Kristina's July passing. "I miss Krissi very much! I still can't believe she and her mother are gone. I am constantly consumed by thoughts of how she suffered," she tells E! News. "I pray that she and Whitney are at peace and that others can learn from this tragedy. Always intervene as soon as you see trouble in your children, family or friends. I love you Krissi."
