Words of advice: Don't mess with someone's workout.

Carrie Underwood's fitness trainer Erin Oprea recently attended her son's soccer game where she decided to get in a quick exercise during parts of the match. Unfortunately, an unidentified man decided to weigh in on her routine and post a snarky comment on social media.

"Would it be wrong of me to tell her that every dad at the soccer filed thinks her standing out front with her jump rope for two hours only screams she wants attention," the post read with a picture of Erin's back. "And I can only imagine what the soccer moms are thinking."

In the power of social media, both Erin and her client Carrie saw the post and they weren't afraid to speak their minds.

"Way to go, Erin! Use someone else's negativity to help others. That man obviously has a big problem...with himself," the country singer wrote on Instagram. "I only hope he can learn to like himself someday so he can be an adult and stop bullying others for bettering themselves!"

She continued, "This guy felt the need to post this pic of my friend and trainer, Erin Oprea, along with some really insecure and mean comments. He was shaming her for getting in some exercise during her son's soccer game. Not cool."

For those who don't know, Erin helped Carrie get back in great shape after the birth of her baby. In fact, the proud mom fell in love with a routine called Tabata that can be done at home in about a half hour.

While the comments made to Erin on social media were nasty and not necessary, the fitness lover hopes it won't prevent others from breaking a sweat outside.

"Get your workout in when you can and I sincerely hope you have supportive people around you!" she shared on Instagram. "This didn't stop me, and I don't want it to deter you!!"
